Refund/Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges on purchases from our online in-house store. Each item is inspected and shipped by us personally. We would appreciate any feedback on your purchase; please email info@princewilliamsound.org.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund/Cancellation Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated.

Volunteer Adventures Cancelation Policy

There are no refunds or exchanges on registration fees for volunteer projects. Please email info@princewilliamsound.org if you must cancel.

There is a lot of coordination that goes into our volunteer projects. PWSSF invests a lot of time, money and resources into making these unique experiences possible. Having volunteers that are committed and prepared is a huge piece of what keeps these opportunities available. We genuinely appreciate our amazing volunteers and rely on them greatly to achieve our project goals. Cancellations create the potential of not achieving those goals. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, we do ask that any cancellations be done in a timely manner by emailing info@princewilliamsound.org. This not only ensures another volunteer has an opportunity to participate, but that our project goals are met so we can continue to provide these unique opportunities. While we do not offer refunds of registration fees, we are happy to send some cool PWSSF swag, provided that ample cancellation notice is given.
